A message from Sophie

Dear friends and supporters of Kindred,

Further to the announcement on Tuesday, I am delighted to extend my congratulations to Elaine Davis on her appointment as the new CEO of Kindred.  I am stepping down at the end of March after sixteen years at the helm.

It has been the greatest privilege to lead Kindred – an exhilarating journey full of challenges, growth and much fun along the way.  I would like to offer my sincere thanks for the support and collaboration of our families, staff, trustees (both past and present) and our colleagues in the statutory and charitable sectors.  I feel extremely lucky to have worked with you and to have run such a wonderful organisation.

Kindred has a bright future ahead, and I wish Elaine, the team, and all those who benefit from our work all the very best.
