Clair’s role is to lead the the front line service delivery across all the teams and to line manage the Information and Advocacy workers. Clair also holds a small caseload and develops operational processes to ensure that we are efficient and effective in the services we deliver. Clair joined Kindred in January 2026 having previously managed Advocacy Services at The University of Edinburgh Student Services.

Clair has lived experience as a carer of a child with additional needs.
