I joined Kindred in June 2026, bringing a background in education and social care, specialising in autism and complex needs.
Previously, I worked with Scottish Autism, managing a residential unit alongside an outreach service supporting young people and their families navigate challenges, advocate for their children and access appropriate services.
I hold a degree in Community Drama-Based Learning and have a strong interest in creative approaches to communication and engagement. I have delivered theatre workshops for children with autism and complex needs, using drama to promote expression, confidence, and understanding.
